Gmail voice mail to email problems since they changed policy 3

Gmail changed its policy regarding using less secure apps and I'm having trouble sending voicemail to emails using them.

Is anyone else having the same issue if so how are you resolving it are you using a different relay service?

Is there some sort of workaround?

If the customer is not paying for Google Workplace then we are exploring other options. We are either migrating the customer to their email service (ex Microsoft Office365) or utilizing the ISPs email service. Most ISPs give you 5 email addresses for no additional charges.

One point to make is that the older versions of Windows Voicemail Pro (9.1) do not support TLS 1.1 or 1.2 . So O365 is out unless the customer enables Legacy TLS Clients. I am not sure if Legacy TLS Clients is required for older Application Servers or Server Edition.
