GM Premium Mass e-mails

I just got GM premium standalone. I want to do a mass e-mail but my company will not allow IMAP or POP 3 on our server so I am having to do e-mails through Outlook....how the heck do I do a mass e-mail??? I am on version...2015.2.0.173
