Anyone know how to get the E-mail center folder tree back?
it disappeared.

F5 (short-cut) does not

Insufficient data to process request. Please let us know what version and build of GoldMine you are currently using. My guess would be that you have an older version, and that you have done improper Maintenance.

Goldmine 6.7
One of the users did something and now the folder tree in the email center has disappeared.

The scroll bar is no longer in the box and preview pane.
When in the email center you can go to find and see the other folders and access them.

I'm guessing that I would have to take a look at it, however, the folder information is read from the Mailbox table. There are special records in there. Poor or improper Maintenance could cause your issue. The Mailbox table getting to large. The User deleted the folders. There are any number of possibilities.

When was the last time you Purged your TLogs?

When was the last time you did Full Maintenance ( Rebuild, Sort & Verify ) against all of your GoldMine tables?

That seems a bit odd as it's only happened to the user.
How does the scroll bar disappear for one user and not the others?

Sounds like this user just adjusted the line between the folders and the message list in the email center. Use the mouse to locate the bar on the left side of the window and drag it over to the right again.

Short of that, open their username.INI file and in the [internet] section, look for settings that being with "EMC" (Email Center) and you'll probably find one like 'EMCSPLITTER=02930984' or something of that nature. Delete the offending setting and then login to GoldMine again and it'll probably be much better.

We tried your first suggestion. In fact it looks like that should work but it doesn't.

Our GoldMine is uses a SQL database.

This problem occurs when logging onto GoldMine from any computer on the network. where should I look for this .ini file?
