Does exist a glow filter for Indesign CS? Thanks

Hi 3402541278,

No there is no predefined filter.

But there is a work around. Use the drop shadow feature.

Select the object with the black arrow. Go to the menu Object>Drop Shadow.

Do the following in the settings of the Drop Shadow menu.
set your X and Y to 0.

See that the preview is on and play with the blur feature.

You can also change the color of your glow

You cannot use this method if you have an object with a none fill.

hope this helps

Thanks Carlow, good solution. But, the print result is not so...cheap? Like Indesign drop shadow?

If you use the drop shadow feature to print on a laser printer or something similar the result is not so good. Real quality is only achieved with professional printing. Depends on postcript options. Sometimes flattening the drop shadow will help the printer to have a better quality.
