Globally assign VM Asst?

Hi all,

I know that (through the help of this site) you can set a voicemail assistant's extension through your mailbox options. Our owner wants to configure everyone's voicemail to opt out to a particular hunt group. Is it possibly to globally assign the VM Asst for all mailboxes or am I stuck doing them one by one?

Never needed to do it personally. But if I were you, I would change the attendant setting from the operations tab in callpilot manager. Set that as your hunt group DN.

Great - does this affect anything else?

This will define the attendant DN for the whole of callpilot. So yes it may affect any caller the is zeroing out to attendant from AA and CCR too.
