Global Group in Dist List 1

Can you include a Global Group as a 'member' of a Distribution List so that you can send an email to everyone in the Global Group simply by sending the message to the Distribution List name?

Then is there a way to copy all the members from the Global Group into the Distribution List other than manually typing all of them? I was hoping I could figure a way to only manage one group instead of two but I'll take what I can get.

Mail enable the global group.

Almost there....Of cource I'm looking for the obvious check box to mail-enable the Global Group but I'm not finding it. How do I make that update?

right click the group and then select 'exchange tasks'
