This has probably been asked a thousand times. I just can't find any good information on it.

We have 2 8700 CM2.0 PBX's. 1 in the states, 1 in Canada. We have IP Trunking turned on between sites. They both reside on our WAN. We would like to know if there is a way to have 1 Directory between sites? And what the easiest way to do this is...

Thanks for all information.

Regards,
Chris

If you turn on DCS+ there is a feature called IDS that you put on the second page of the signaling group. I've never done it over Ip trunks before but I assume it would work just as if it were ISDN. Its not that hard to set up at all.

It seems to be that there was a post saying that to have multiple pbx directory u had to pay for it. Do 'display system cust' and see if there is a setting for it and if u have it turned on.
I searched old posts but was unable to find the post.

P.S. A message to all,if you want to get the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244 first. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Be aware that if u don't answer a question, I usually will not continue to help u.

Great - Thanks guys.

I'll take a look at both options.

Thanks again,
Chris
