Hi,
I currently have an Contacts Address Book from an XP workstation (over 100 contacts) that I would like to reside on a newly deployed exchange 2003 server in order to make globally accessible to everyone. I did a *.pst search for the file but couldn't locate a *.pst file on the exchange server. Where does Exchange keep its global address information/what directory?

Exhange server does not use PST files!!
You will need to get them in the GAL yourself, but you would be better of sharing it or copying them to a Public Folder Contacts.

If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, expect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

Thanks for the reply and pardon my novice/benightedness knowledge with Exchange. GAL? How do I convert the over 100 contacts I have in a PST file over to a shared directory on Exchange to allow multiple users to use the same address book globally? Does someone have an example they can share?

Global Address List !

As said before, you can create a Public Folder, type Contacts, give everyone the needed rights and copy the contacts in there, just like you would copy a file into another folder.
