Global Address List Need Suggestions !!!

It Very Simple what I want, but I am not sure what to do !!
We have created some user’s so they can have email from there place for personal use
But we don’t want them in our global address list so can anyone help us please.

Simple: Go to your AD, put it in Advanced view, go to the Properties of the User(s), Exchange Advanced tab, and check the "Hide from Exchange Address Lists" option.
