I don't know what happened, or may be my colleague did something to exchange. anyways now the global address list is empty. at first some inboxes were gone (unable to display the folder)then address lists.
I reinstall the exchange server but did not solved, even I lost all the mailboxes for this purpose.
then after I changed the "All global address lists" permission and grant everyone full control, nothing again!!
now users can send emails but some jobs where there is a need to choose a user from the list like delegating access on the outlook files is not possible.
any help?
