Global Address Book

I am new to Exchange 5.5 and have a new site, mailboxes, etc. I am able to setup accounts on the clients but can't find any people to address the emails to when I try to address the message. In short I can't see any members of the Global address book. Any Suggestions?

Make sure you've added the Outlook Address Book on the client profiles. It's under Tools.Services in Outlook.

Hi,

If you have microsoft outlook, go into tools, services and check that you can see Microsoft Exchange server listed in the box. If not, go to add, and choose this from the box.
