GL Chart of Accounts listing

Have created a simple report detailing the COA. User requests report not generate (or simply not be published to filestore) if the data has not changed from the prior published report.

Is there a way to do this?

In your General Ledger accounts table you should have a field for Account Add date and Account Edit Date. You could use these fields to compare to the "Last Published date" which the user could enter at run time (Crystal Parameter field). You could then use a formula to compare this date to the latest edit or add date for your GL accounts. You could set up a Yes/No variable to show in the report header to indicate if printing the report is required.
