Ghost Linux

Happy new year to all...

I have a 29 Gig drive with Linux installed..I NEED
1.Either Ghost the entire disk...getting errors using ghost
2.FULL BACKUP of the disk as when I restore it on a new HDD, it should be the same as the original..

The reason is to have 2 machines , where I can develope the content and then update it on the original..and learn to screw up databases because I am new to programming, but have a HUGE passion to do it.

what errors are you getting from ghost? and what filesystem are you using (ext2,ext3,lvm)

I've found dd to work quite well.

Hi ..Tnx 4 da respnse.
Ghost error is "Internal error 19080".BUT..I used anothe HDD today and so far so good with ghost..BUT is used the "ghost -id" command.
Lets hope this one works..

How do I use //dd..?????????????
