Ghost image

We have lots of laptops users that were deployed via ghost, the user has not admin rights and now they are having issues instaling print drivers for drivers not listed in the windows default build. We have setup a GPO to allow them to install drivers but some printer software requires you to run an install to install the driver.

Looking for some advice about how to pre load common printers used at home so when the user connects the device it will load the correct driver.

Modify their local rights assignments:

Or make them a member of the printer operators group in addition to their existing Group Membership.

Thanks we have the GPO and they can load the driver as long as it is recognised by the default build. What I want to know is how do I add OEM print drivers to the standard build.

i.e if I add a HP photo smart printer it is not on the default windows printer list so I would like to add it so it appears on the auto plug and play list.
