ghost % character loaded from url

in my project i have a text field with content loaded from a variable in ASP url. All the text appear correct, but the "%" char don't appear, is hidden. Wy?
If i open the url used by the swf file, i read the text correctly. If i load the same text from file .txt, the "%" character appear normally...
HELP ME!!!!!

the url containing the variable is:

the variable name is "testo"

the url to view the swf file is:
