I have a IP Office customer who has been having issues with ghost calls. They have 4 analog lines and digital phones. Occasionally they will receive a call and when they pickup no one is on the other end. Seconds later the person calls back and users are able to hear them. This doesn't happen with every call, just every now and then. We've also confirmed that it occurs on every extension connected to the IP Office. They only have 4 extensions. Anyone ever ran into this issue?
