Ghost Calls in BCM 450 Call Center

We have a BCM450 with Call Center. Last week the Agents started getting "Ghost" calls.
The phenomenon lasts for approx 1 hour. A call will come in from a long distance number, when answered it is silent. The Agent hangs up and the call starts ringing on another Agent's phone, etc.

This only happens on Call Center Agent's extensions; the rest of the office extensions do not experience it.

Has anyone experienced anything like this ? Is there a solution ?

The configuration has not changed for over 2 weeks. The BCM is behind a Cisco ASA.
 
What type of trunks do you have ?

Do you have a CDR package ?

We are using a full PRI - has been setup for a few years

We are collecting Call Display Records - I don't see anything strange there - am I missing something ?
 
Apply the latest patches as it describes silent calls to agents as an issue.
