We have a BCM450 with Call Center. Last week the Agents started getting "Ghost" calls.
The phenomenon lasts for approx 1 hour. A call will come in from a long distance number, when answered it is silent. The Agent hangs up and the call starts ringing on another Agent's phone, etc.
This only happens on Call Center Agent's extensions; the rest of the office extensions do not experience it.
Has anyone experienced anything like this ? Is there a solution ?
The configuration has not changed for over 2 weeks. The BCM is behind a Cisco ASA.
