GFI mailessentials 14 rules management missing a lot of emails

Greetings, GFI mailessential 14 is installed on smtp gateway, 2 exchange servers 5.5 with latest service pack on windows 2000 servers with sp4,

Installed rules management on the main exchange server, but not all the emails are there we are missing about 200!



Anything should I check for?

How is the firewall delivering emails to Exchange? Direct to one of them or round robin?

It sends the inbound emails to the GFI server (smtp gateway)
and the GFI then forward to exchange.
