GFI Faxmaker outbound over IP trunk

I have an IP trunk connecting IPO 4.016 to GFI Faxmaker using XCAPI and it works great for routing inbound faxes to the correct inboxes. Now they want for some reason they want to be able to send outbound faxes from the desktop and have it route over the IP trunk back to the IPO and go out over the PRI. Why they don't just email the attachment to the receiving end, I do not know. I guess this is just in case the receiving end is a cave that only has a 1fb connected to a fax machine.

Anybody have experience deal with cave dwellers?
