Getting underline and hyperlinks to print as shown on screen

I have recently gotten several computers off lease and I installed Office 2000 on the new ones coming in. One person (VERY computer illiterate) can break a steal ball and somehow made it so that none of her underlined hyperlinks or words will print the underline. It shows fine in Word underlined and it prints the words fine but prints the workds without the underscore/underline. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would check to make sure she is using the correct printer driver first. I don't know of any setting in Word that would turn off printing for underscored letters.

Ya, that was the first thing I tried, followed my reinstalling the driver and also rerouting her default to another printer on the main network. Ultimatly the problem was a side affect from an e-mail spamming virus that she somehow contracted through Lotus Notes.
