I'm installing a new TVA50 behind a TA824 and I'm trying to get my Custom Services Menu working. I have a couple of trunks programmed in the TA824 as DIL to ext 107, Port 1 on the TVA50. I've set up my main menu in Service Setting/Menu & Transfer and recorded my greeting...press 1...xfers to 101, press 2...xfer to 102 etc but the TVA50 answers with the general mailbox greeting and if you press 1 and wait it times out with 'incorrect entry blab blab blab'. What I am overlooking to get incoming trunk calls to go to my Custom Services menu? Thanks!
