GETTING THEM ON THE NETWORK

My company has 16 satelite locations with Nortel compact ICS's
They want to for admin reasons , put them on or lan/wan.
Can this be done ? With access to all of them , and full admin ?

You would have to get the software version and see if some or all are irad enable if not get a rad for those location obtain NRU software at your end and you should be set. You would call into them using a land line.

Thats the other elephant in the room. They don't want to use dial up anymore. Im sure that all but one does have a rad on it.

attach a fast-rad to an on site PC and remotely access that PC using a VNC type program, then use NRU with a direct connection to the fast rad.

You need an External Fast RAD and a Serial to Ethernet connector that supports Virtual Modem and a data jack to the local network switch.
