I am setting up our partner system. We have revision 5 and a remote access card. I want to set up remote administration so that we can configure from a computer. Where can we get the software for the this. Is it a free download, or how much is it generally. I have searched the Avaya site and come up dry.

No IP involved. Access via modem or direct serial only. To access via IP you'd need third-party hardware/software.

To clarify, Partner Messaging can be configured via IP, but not Partner ACS.

In my opinion, it's more cumbersome than the Intertel type, but it's quite useful for pre-installation programming. Also, it beats the heck out of having to drive three miles just to make a small programming change (as long as there's a remote card in the system).

Pity it's still via dialup!
