I manage about 65 BCM's on an Enterprise Private Network. I can access all of my BCM's and program the BCM's fine, but when I try to do CallPilot Admin. and enter my Log In Password, I immediately get "Session Timeout" message. On occasion I do get into the CallPilot, but after a couple of minutes it times out and gives me the "Session Timeout" message. Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas would be appreciated. I also tried to access my sites from 5 other PC's in my office and it fails on all of them.

Hi Barchy

Are you on the network with all the BCMs or do you dial in to each site.

I am on the Network with all of my BCM's.

What is the version of your callpilot?

What is the versions of Your BCMS?

I believe the problem revolves around MS Internet Explorer.
I had someone try logging in with Netscape and it did not have a problem.

I know of a problem in internet explorer it is do do with the cache and IE trying to load info by syncing with old info there was something you had to enable.

Something to do with always loading the page rather than letting it sync with the cache. Problem I have I use firefox with suse on my laptop at home. But will have a check on my work laptop and see if I can find the parameter

Yes in internet explorer goto tools>Internet options>general>settings> and change to "every visit to the page" and then ok

for some reason firefox does not have this problem
