Getting rid of Trojan horse Downloader.Keenval.E? 1

Well the subject basically covers it.
I recently found Downloader.VB.EC in a routine virus scan, this was repaired by the handy application that is TrendMicro
but now hot on it's heels is Downloader.Keenval.E
AVG noted the virus as being attached to this file - C:\Program Files\Common Files\UPDMGR\UPDMGR.EXE
Well, hell, I just want to get back to the good ol clean bill of health of old.
I've looked around and strangely haven't found much mention of this Trojan. Any help amongst the gurus?

Dont know about percentages, but the UPDMGR.EXE file has shown up regularly in hijackthis logs I've looked at over the last month or so.

Fair enough. I am clearly not the most observant of humans ever since "that accident" with the blender, but I will endeavour to perfect my search skills. Serves me right for downloading Kazaa and the parasites that come with it. Thanks all.
