Hello, I have an access 2003 mdb file that it say it's corrupted. I tried to repair it but it gives me the same message. I went back to a backup version. I had modified 7 reports since this version of the backup. Is there any way to get the 7 modified reports out of the corrupted mdb. I tried to import them into a new mdb, but when I go to pick the corrupted mdb to import from I get the error.

Thanks

Don

How about a 'coded' import?
[tt]DoCmd.TransferDatabase acImport, "Microsoft Access", "C:\Docs\Tek-Tips.mdb", acReport, "Report1", "Report1b"[/tt]

I tried the transferdatabase code but still get a runtime error 29072. Microsoft Office Access has detected corruption in this file.

Have you tried to play with the jetcomp.exe utility ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
