Getting recipient name is not recognized messages (Genuine recipient

Getting the message below, but the recipient is valid. Mail has been sent to recipient many times with no problem. This appears to be random. Some mail gets through to different users at the same site.

Any Ideas???? Exchange 5.5 Sp4

hi guys i dont know if you are still having this problem, but i was receiving this error being reported from just one of my users and i found this article from microsoft.

. It says that it is either a mis spelled address or a non existant username at the email server. Which i then verified and i have not been receiving them anymore.
