Getting "After_Receive " Error processing packets Res 5.5

The following error occurs when I try to receive packets

What it tells you is that the value you are trying to insert is not unique for a unique key in that table. You would have to review what changes the package has and what information you currently have in the em_published_data_def table and understand the problem and based on that, execute the pertinent action.
