Getting new TAPI License code.

Hi,

We use a CS1000 (Meridian1) and the Symposium TAPI SP driver for simple screen pop, autodial etc. We have a 25 set licence, and have gone back to our supplier BT but been told that Avaya no longer sells new license codes, and we can't buy anymore!

As this now seems to have been abandoned by Avaya, does anyone know of someone who has figured this out and could help us with a new code? I'm not willing to swapout a perfectly working PABX to get some additional TAPI licenses!

Nope, this is the Avaya way now, you want something you have to buy it, in your case upgrade to AACC 6.4 SP15, lots of money alright.
