We purchased a G4 mac from a company that had it on a network i tried loading my printer onto it, but when i try and print from that printer it tells me that i cannot connect to the network printer. short of reformating and doing a clean install how can i get the network printer drivers off of my computer.
Oh, by the way the system is administrator/password protected. any advise? %-)

I'm assuming OSX for this. If you go to the Printer Setup Utility (Panther) or Print Center/Centre (Jaguar) and delete all the printers that are showing. That should get rid of the network printers. Then add your printer and make it the default. Hope this helps.
