Getting logon failed: database vendor error code : 31

Hi,

Try build a project within vB6 and using the Project -> Crystal Report designer 11 to build the report, when run the project on VB6 and get the error message:

Logon failed: database vendor error code:31, but when go to the connection, I can see the field there. If run it seperately not in VB6 and it seems OK.

Any idea?

Hi,
What database?
What is your Database connection method/code?
Where in your VB project did you include it?
By 'Run it separately' - you mean in CR designer?
Does VB app have permission to access the data source?

As you can see, much more info is needed before anyone can hazard a guess as to what your code is doing..
