getting list of existing tables

Can i using sqlplus get list of all existing tables/
if can than how ?

Hi

select table_name from user_tables = your own tables.

select table_name from all_tables = the above plus tables you can access also as SYSDBA and SYSOPER if granted

select table_name from dba_tables = All tables in instance. Login as SYSDBA or user SYS or SYSTEM.

You can also see tables in user_objects, all_objects and dba_objects.
