Getting hold of ADMIN3_2_17.exe

I'm looking for the manager installation for 3.2(17). Can anyone help?

How about 3.2 (67)? Do you have to have 3.2 (17)?

I already have 67, but the manager brings up a message about duplicate IDs and the phone system will require a reboot? The phone systems software is on 3.2(17) you see.

If I give it a reboot will the Manager console continue to work with the old software version?

You can use 3.2 (67) Manager on the ip office with out upgrading or Upgrade to 3.2 (67).

But the manager brings up a message about duplicate IDs when making a change (adding buttons to a users phone) and it requires reboot? Seems odd to me, the 3.2(17) version does not. I may just try rebooting this weekend.

Have you checked for errors in your programming in veiwing errors?

you could also use the 4.2 version and program the 3.2 system, it sometimes requires an ID update if you program with a higher version of Manager but that is a one time thing. If you have duplicate ID's then you can see those in the extension option of the manager

Is it asking for an ID Update??

This was done about 3.2 or so. It will only need to reboot once and then you should be back to normal.

what Westi is saying is correct it does this sometimes when you use a higher version of manager, just use you 3.2 (67) and upgrade the system it will only take 2 minutes and you will be sure some of the bugs in the earlier version of 3.2 will have been sorted out in a later release

I'm just going to do the ID update tonight and go from there. Thanks for all the replies.

Just do it

Send an email that it is going to reboot in 5 minutes and you do not have to work late

It is back in 1 minute
