Getting Group Counts in Reports

I have been writting Foxpro reports for years, but am stumped to figure out how to get a count of my groups. I just want to get a count of the number of groups I had, at the end of the report. I have created variables, but they all total the number of items in the group. I figure it must be easy, but I have not been able to get it to do this. Any one have any suggestions! I am getting really frustrated!!!!

Hi Linea,

Define a report variable, initialized to zero, to hold the total. In the Report Designer double-click on the group header or footer band in question. There you can input an expression, such as mytot = mytot + 1. At EOF mytot will have your number.
