Getting File Create Time - resolved to milliseconds

Is this possible with the GetFileTime function? I want to be able to get file create times for a list of files in the following format hh:mm:ss:ms
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
It's a good practice to post the sollutions you find so other people can take advantage of them :)
