Getting Fiji error FIJI037 cont.,

Hi,

We have an Option 81C system Rls.4.5, we are getting cont., FIJI037 error. Inter., i am getting fiji007 (changing the FIJI state from Half to None status) it's happening in Group 1 1.

FIJI Status while getting issue :

One more issue is the NCR threshold is getting increased and it's not able to clear the old records.


CRMN001 HIGH Call Reg Usage, Pcnt Used= 99, Num Used= 19990, NumCR= 20000   


What we can do for this. Is that required to change the FIJI Card to solve the fiji issue and reset the system to solve the Memory issue.

This error indicates a insufficient call registers. You have increased the call registers, but you also need to give the PABX an INI.

from the beginning itself NCR value is 20000 only, still system not able to clear the registers after giving INI and Reboot.
