Hello

When trying to combine files in Adobe Standard 7.0 I got the following error message - an unrecognized token 'qq' was found when combining a PDF file that I received from a bank it was a clients bank statement sent in PDF. Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you

...try re-saving the pdf or choosing file > reduce file size, then try re-combining...

...also, can't remember if standard has it, but if it does try advanced > pdf optimizer to clean if up, save it and then try combined...

Andrew

This happened to me when I was trying to combine a scanned document and it was really causing me some grief as I had a midnight deadline to beat.

What worked for me was that I opened the scanned document in Acrobat Pro and saved as a postscript file. I then opened that and Distiller (I guess) rebuilt the pdf file, which I then saved with a different name.

I was then able to combine it with my original document.

Hope that helps.
