Getting error message -1004 and -13

Hi,
i was working on 837P transactions. While submitting claims i'm getting error messages like "Message could not be stored on th queue (-1004)" and sometimes "Queue could not be opened (-13)". I couldn't understand why it was getting. The above mentioned errors were noted from trace file while processing 3rd claim in that file. First 2 claims very successfull.

Please help ASAP. Looking for immediate solution.

Tell us a little more. Version, Environ, Adapters you are using....

I'm using Mercator6.7, Windows and Sun Solaris9, MQ adapters. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

I would agree.... Also, if you haven't yet use a trace on your adapter. The trace file could give you some additional information.
