Setup a 3904 phone with a primary line only. The hunt is set to VM, however if they are on the phone and someone calls, they get a fast busy. If the call is from internal they get a fast busy with destination busy.

Have another phone that already existed and setup the same way, and that phone works perfectly.

What could be the problem?

phones are not the same - do another stare and compare.

1 set has htd in cls or hunt set to 000

FDN should match HUNT and CLS FNS HTA MWA
only one line? LHK 0
rollup line? LHK 1 (If primary key 0)

Hunt = busy
FDN = No answer

Typically both to VM number.

Both phones are set to hta and hunting to 7070 which is VM.

I am taking another look.

FDN and Hunt is set to 7070.

I am going to check the system terminal to make sure it matches OTM. Will post results.

Post the TN's of both phones, thats the best way to get the right answer.

Post the tn of the marp phone for 7209

chg LHK to 1 instead of to 2 which is a blank key on the non-working set

These phones are setup with a group hunt and we use the 3000 numbers for them. We set those numbers on key 0. The ext that start with a 7 is the personal ext we setup for them to use. That's why it's on key 01. There are no other phones that key 0 is set with the 7209 or 7382.

We made some changes to the group hunt last night and this is happening.

I gathered more information. Prefixes that start with 591 rings and goes to voice mail. Prefixes that start with 752 or 304 does not go to voice mail.

7382 is 591-7382 and that works fine.
7209 is 304-7209 and that does not go to vm if she is on the line.

You have to post the phone with the MARP of 7209, the phone you posted does not control 7209's calls.

Thank you all for you help. The problem was the marp. I added an expansion module on the managers phone yesterday as well and those phones were marped on his phone. I changed it and it works now.

Thank you so much!
