getting dead air while dialing from bcm50 to srg200

Hi,
I have a BCm 50 rls 1.0.And also SRG 200 3.6 registered to cs1000.
I am able to call from BCm 50 to SRG but getting dead air.The SRG side is unable to hear.

Any help will be appreciated.
