Getting Black Screen on APEX EL-80DT KVM Switch

I have this KVM (APEX outlook) switch that has 8 ports.It has the latest firmware version 2.0.3 and I'm using it to connect to 4 RS/6000 Servers. Port 2 and 4 are working and I'm getting a CDE login screen but port 1 and 3 is just giving me a black screen. Opened a ticket with IBM and they told be to change resolution to 1024x768@60Hz on a GXT130P Graphics card. I'm still am not able to get anyhting. I really need help with this. Thanks.

Mind me asking, what type of screen/monitor you are using? Previously I had the same problem connecting 7 units of p610 with the switch to a 7316 TF2. After consulted by IBM, the instructed me to change the resolution to 1024x768@60Hz on each server. Then everything works fine.
But if I connect the switch to a P77 monitor, everything works fine, no need for changes in resolution. Some of them told me that the firmware need to be upgraded, but I could not find any firmware for the KVM switch.
