Getting Anonymous on all phones when we dial out of SIP

Hi guys

Hopefully someone can help.

We use a VoIP provider in South africa for quite a few of our clients and we have been having an issue that all calls that go out of provider show "Anonymous" under the redial. If you select details it shows number.

I have found in the SIP string in the monitor it shows on the TX message back from provider the "Contact Anonymous". Is there a way to get system to look at the header to or from instead. I have tried making a lot of changes but cant seem to get it changed. The provider are dragging their feet. Here is log below:

Just to give some extra detail.

If I go into the SIP trunk and change "Name Priority" to Favour Directory then if a number is in the Directory it shows the Name of Directory Entry. But if number isn't in the Directory it shows the Anonymous which is being provided by the provider.
