When a customer calls our main number there are 3-4 phones that ring in the building. This is good. I need to make that happen on another phone in a far off room. The main number rings the phones at extension 200, and 211 for example. I went through the programming menu, and here is the tree I made. Can someone tell me the path to accomplish my goal? (I hope this formats correctly)

Look under Hunt Groups but first!

Look online for program sheets for your particular system and fill in the blanks.
That way you can put things back correctly if something doesn't work as you thought it would.

Also look for the manual also.

If you post which system you gave perhaps someone can direct you to the best location to assist you.

Looks to me the OP does not have the installer access. Those are Admin headings.

Yep

You need to assign lines in Configuration/LineAccess programming.

Configuration - Technicians programming
Administration - Client programming

If I understand your language, you are saying I used an admin login/pw and I need to use an installer login/pw? I think I have a couple other login/pw combos written down but I am not in the office till after the holidays. When I get to the office, I will try them. What headings should I see as an installer? I can tell you I have looked through every drawer and closet, there are no program sheets to be found, nor a manual. Our phone guy retired a long time ago and took all of his knowledge with him. I try to keep notes on what I figure out as I go along. (Sometimes it's kind of fun, other times...not so much).
Thanks for the feedback and support.

Line access for the users, make it ring and appear or ring only

Sorry that was not very clear....I will try to better myself in future.

"here are no program sheets to be found"
Have you thought to search the internet for them? there are hundreds.

LOL! I thought they were specific to our phones! You know, like maybe documents that say which of our lines are in hunting, which extensions have voicemail, which ext numbers are in which locations... Boy did I get that wrong! Thanks for the laugh, and the help. Have a great holiday if you celebrate.
