Getting a weird Lock icon instead of the hand...

Hello,

I am working on a direct mail piece in Quark 5. Some, not all of the text boxes give me a lock icon instead of a hand when I try to drag them larger or smaller and will not let me access that text box except to change the text. Any ideas?

click [red]unlock[/red]

or press the function key [red]F6[/red]
