Nice Perform 3.2 recording extensions via AES on a S8500 5.2.1
I checked the configuration for the device extension, Master site switch and I can monitor the channel, the extension and pull records. But the only thing that is recorded is a "wave out" sound.

Any suggestions where else I can check to troubleshoot this issue?

Have you mapped the extension to a recorder channel? What type of logger?

Not sure how to check ext. to recorded channel.

It's a Voip logger,thx.

Irvin,

what kind of voip logger is, passive or active (DMCC)
(that is essential to know which path do the voip packets have)
what exactly are you referring to with "wave out" sound.
