Getting a test mode message from Partner Messaging

Partner Messaging 6.0
6 port card.


Rebooted phone system - NO Dice
Shut down system, reseated messaging card, pulled out the 6 port card and put it back in - no dice.

Any suggestions or what might be on the fritz?

Means voicemail doesn't see license. Make sure license is in left slot. If it is then license card or the slot is bad.

I was also thinking that the port license might be bad.

I've always found the port license card to be good, and the Messaging to have failed

Client had a brown out and this issue began occurring.
I think that would lean toward the voicemail being the issue, not the card?

I have seen one or two bad license cards cause this problem. I'm wondering if this is a knock-off card that got corrupted during the brownout?

My personal experience when I get Test Mode to come up on Messaging with the Port card slotted either connectivity on the card slot is lose or bad. Or the port license card is bad. In this scenario which has only happened a couple times I would initially go with the license card. If you have another port license card slot it and program and test again this will help help narrow down the issue.
