Any ideas on what I can start looking at? My switch just started spewing out these..? Unfortunately I don't have any available tech's since the company that used to help us went out of business.....

Looks to be complaining of Ethernet problems on Callserver Side 1 seems to be up and down a bit, obviously take a look at the network. Look at the current status in LD 135 with stat cpu and stat health.

Thanks bignose21! I did re-boot the callpilot server which was also not working. It came back up luckily. I looked around in ld 135 - but I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing. I see that I have one CNI card that is DSBL? is that supposed to be?

What is the meaning of the CPP processor health state?

BUG2285 HB: remote side health change: xx

SRPT026 HB: remote side health change: xx

Answer
The CPP health is an accumulation of various hardware and IP related factors. In normal operation both cores should have an equal health. If the active core health drops lower than the inactive core, the cores should switch. The actual number varies from switch to switch due to several factors including the following:
- The number of CNI cards
- The number of groups
- The number of IP devices connected
- The type of core shelf
- The software release
- The redundancy state of the hard drive
- The connection to the system XSM

One of your Network cores suffered some sort of outage and this caused the processors to be out of sync.
It sounds as you might need to sync them up.

Thanks Firebird!! How would I go about performing that synch?

Follow this example below

CPP4 Processor running Rls 04.50 Software found stuck in a 'SYNCING' state
Doing a STAT CPU shows a REDUNDANT state but that the CPU's are SYNCING as below.

LD 135
STAT CPU

cp 0 16 PASS -- ENBL

SYNCING
DISK STATE = REDUNDANT
HEALTH = 36
VERSION = Jul 28 2005, 04:14:02
Side = 0, DRAM SIZE = 512 Mbytes

Actions taken to restore true redundancy
-----------------------------------------------------
CP0 was the active CPU - CP1 was the standby CPU
We manually Initialised CP0
This removed the SYNCING state and the switch now showed as being in SPLIT mode.
In LD135 we issued the JOIN command and we then had a fully Synchronised Redundant System.
