Getting a count of all messages...

Hello,

I've been asked to see if I could come up with a count for how many non-spam emails were sent through our exchange server in the past 3 months. I need messages that we have sent out of our company as well. Is there a feature that would allow me to get an accurate count such as this?

Apologies for double post, but I meant to say *received* through our server as well as *sent out*.
