GETANDSET function issue

Guys,
Have any one used the GETANDSET function in 6.7(306) version. If so did any one of you faced any problems when using this function with value 9 and 10. I see that it doesn't work with 10, 100, 1000....Is it just with this version or with all versions. or do you guys think that they is something wrong about how I map.

Not sure what you mean by "it doesn't work with 9 or 10"
I would need the map rule you are using, the type definition for the element with the and the value in the original file.

You have to use a fixed integer item padded to a fixed size.
